Associate Solicitor

On behalf of our client, Cornerstone Recruitment are seeking for an Associate Solicitor to join their thriving and growing Law firm.

The main duties include:

• Handling a mixed case load of commercial sales, purchases, site acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matter, secured lending, and corporate support.
• Drafting and negotiating legal documentation including agreements for leases, deeds of grant and conditional contracts.
• Developing professional relationships to grow our client base.
• Providing support and assistance to the team when required.
